We are currently taking updates for LEAGUE LEADERSHIP & other league updates as listed below from now through Nov. 5th.
Please send ONLY the following positions and provide the NAME(s), EMAIL, & PHONE for each in your league. See the 3 EASY Steps below.

-TREASURER
-SHOW CHAIR
-DATABASE MANAGER
-PUBLICITY CHAIR
=2 LSAG REPRESENTATIVES
(2 Reps should be OUTSIDE of the President who serves as the third LSAG voter for your league.)
Updates should be sent to lsagconnect@gmail.com by the president of the league to have the update made.
Please Note: We do not list your entire board; your league's website is the appropriate location for that information.

In addition to your league's leadership & contact information, also check
-your league's monthly meeting day, time, and location

Please do not submit other information that is not already included on your page.
3 Easy Steps to SEND Your Update:
1- COPY and PASTE your currently listed information from the website into the body of an email.
2-MAKE CHANGES so that your listing is CORRECT as you have written it. Do not highlight or change the colors. Do not type in all capitals, italics, or make other changes to the format or order. We will send back to you any listing that needs adjustment, & your update will be delayed.
3-Send to lsagconnect@gmail.com.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU SEND YOUR UPDATE:
-If you send the update to the correct email listed above (lsagconnect), you will receive a 'got it' within a week from when it was sent.
-If you do not receive the 'got it' within a week, then we did not get it. Please check your sent mail and make sure you sent it to the correct address. Also check drafts to be sure it went out.
-Updates will be made by Nov. 10th. You will receive a verification email at that time prompting you to check your listing for accuracy & a deadline for any corrections. If you do not see your updates on Nov. 11th or later AND you had received a 'got it', please notify us Nov. 11th or later.
