We are currently accepting updates and new submissions for Show Judges and Demo Artists for our LSAG website resource pages now until midnight on Labor Day: Monday, September 4th. Upon receipt, you will receive a message letting you know we received it. If you don't receive such a message, we did not receive it.

Directions for Currently Listed & NEW Show Judges and Demo Artists:
* Please do not send resumes or paragraphs of information. Information must be in bulleted form as shown below.
New Submissions: Please copy and paste the appropriate outline below into your email & fill in. If submitting for both, you will need to submit both. Simply copy and paste the information that is identical to both. Your individual submissions serve as your permission for each list.
Currently Listed Show Judges & Demo Artists: Please read these directions and then pan to the bottom of this email for specifics unique to updating your listing.
* Please do not add additional information. You may wish to include your wider experience or other details on your personal website. You are asked to provide your website so that we may list it. We list ONE email and ONE phone number.
*Please note limits where listed below. If more are provided, we will choose the first up to the max. Others will be discarded. It is best for YOU to do your own editing first.
*Email it to lsagconnect@gmail.com in the BODY of an email; do not send it in an attached PDF or similar attachment or document. Those sent elsewhere will not reach the Webmaster. If it is sent in an attachment, you will need to resend in the body of an email for it to be included.
*New submissions will be added by Sunday, September 10th, midnight. If you do not see your submission AND you received a previous 'got it' email from us, please contact us at the above email address AFTER this date. Currently listed artists, please pan to the bottom of this email.
*If you have a recommendation for a Show Judge or Demo Artist, please forward this email to those individual artists. Submissions must be sent by the person THEMSELVES which gives us the legal authorization to publish their personal information. Please do not make submissions on behalf of someone else; they will be discarded.

Members & Non-members may submit to the website as show judges on our resource page. Please read the instructions above & provide the information below in bulleted form as shown (NO paragraphs, bios, or links to your resume please).
Indicate in your email & in the subject line that this is for the Show Judge listing.
Show Judge:
-Name
-LSAG home league OR 'non-member'
-name of your division if you compete OR your skill level if you don't compete (professional, semi professional, etc.)
-general area(s) of town where you are willing to go to judge &/or indicate 'flexible' if you are willing to travel (SUGGESTION: View the current list of judges on the resource page of the website to get an idea of how others have communicated this.)
-other professional affiliations OUTSIDE of LSAG leagues (limited to 3; for example-- WAS-H, PSST, etc.)
-one email address & one phone number for contact info
-one website
-mediums you work in (limited to 3; if more, put '& more')
-1-3 shows you have judged (listed as recent clients) or put 'new' if you are just beginning to judge shows
*Note: These should be within the United States as these are meant as references if a group wishes to make that part of their research.

Members & Non-members may submit to the website as demo artists on our resource page. Please read the above instructions & provide the information below in bulleted form as shown (NO paragraphs, bios, or links to your resume please). Indicate in your email & in the subject line that this is for the Demo Artist listing.
Demo Artist:
-Name
-LSAG home league OR 'non-member'
-Name of your division if you compete OR your skill level if you don't compete (professional, semi professional, etc.)

Currently Listed Show Judges & Demo Artists:
Currently listed Show Judges and Demo Artists are encouraged to visit the Resource pages and review your information for accuracy. If all is current, there is no need to contact us. If you are a CURRENTLY listed Show Judge or Demo Artist and wish to update your information, please do the following:
-Copy and paste your current listing from the website Resource page(s) into an email. This is found under MORE / Resources.
-Make the change / update and put it in BOLD and UNDERLINE it so we can easily see what is different and make the change accordingly.
-Email it to lsagconnect@gmail.com in the BODY of an email; do not send it in an attached PDF or similar attachment or document. Those sent elsewhere will not reach the Webmaster. If it is sent in an attachment, you will need to resend in the body of an email to have your updates made.
-Updates must be sent no later than Labor Day: Monday, September 4th, midnight.
-If you wish to be removed from the listing, please send us an email requesting such.
-Updates will be made within the week in which they are sent & no later than Sunday, September 10th, midnight. Please allow a week from the date of your sent email for your listing to be updated before you contact us.
