Life Drawing/Painting Group
Fox Robison will be the organizer for a new life drawing and painting group which will meet twice per month at Studio in the Woods. All media welcome. Model fees will be shared among participants. Mentoring may be available by arrangement.

Open Studio Wednesday Afternoons
WAL holds open studio hours for members and those who wish to visit most Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. Bring your own project (or participate in a focused mini-workshop for a small fee) , get inspired, browse through our lending library...or just hang out and have coffee!

Wednesday, November 14th at the Studio the focus will be on paper crafts. Come learn how a basic die cut machine can help you enhance your Artist Trading Cards, Altered Books, or any mixed media art. Drawing and Painting with Tom LaRock is a class that is designed to help the artist of any level to improve their skill and understanding of of drawing and painting. Emphasis is on understanding and developing each artist's ability to create drawings and paintings enjoyably with accuracy. Developing the artist's understanding of drawing technique is essential for creating all types of art and this class will explore various methods of drawing with pencil and paint.
