When: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, Saturday, March 3
In-take: 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 3, Artists must bring their own table or floor easels. Deliver paintings with your application/prospectus and entry fee to the Fox Room, Rosenberg Library, 2310 Sealy, Galveston, TX 77550
Late check in: after 11:00 a.m. will be charged an additional $25.00
Juror: To Be Determined
Judging: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., Saturday, March 3
Awards Presentation: 3:00 p.m.
Open to Public: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Work must hang until 5:00 p.m.
Artwork must be picked up between 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.. The Library closes at promptly at 6:00 p.m.
