Inspire Film Festival, Art Bench Call, Give The Gift of Art This Season
A Note from Mike Bass
Executive Director, The Woodlands Arts Council
I am proud to announce that The Woodlands Arts Council will be a sponsor of the 2018 Inspire Film Festival.
We will sponsor the kickoff of the Festival on Thursday night, February 15 on Waterway Square with the "First Light Screening Party," a series of short films being shown in a free, family-friendly event. The short films night will be followed by a VIP Party for sponsors and patron pass holders.
We see this as a mutually beneficial partnership supporting an organization that is closely aligned with our mission to provide regional, cultural and educational enrichment to our community.

Art on the Water Tour
In late October, the John Cooper School's Fine Arts Committee enjoyed an Art on the Water Tour. Local artist Rod Flowers spent the morning showcasing and discussing the stories behind 16 of the artistic benches that grace our paths here on The Woodlands Waterway.
