Volunteer Spotlight

This month we are spotlighting Jen Lucas. The Visual Arts Department Chair at The Woodlands High School, Jen has been instrumental with the success of the Student Art Scholarship and the Summer Art Project. She's volunteered at numerous TWAC Festivals as well. Recently, she and Heather Joy produced the very successful 2017 Summer Art Project at The Woodlands Mall. They are now proposing art and education panel discussions to conferences throughout the U.S. These talks are geared for conferences in art education, discussing strategies to increase student engagement with collaborative curriculum development, incorporating workshops and art exhibitions. More workshops in collaboration with Jen Lucas will be posted on our website soon!

Thank you, Jen!
