Juan Cantavella is an award winning artist, who was born in France and grew up in Venezuela. When he was 15, he discovered his interest in art. He had a career in Architecture until he moved to America in 2002 at which time he began a new career painting murals. In 2014 Juan moved form California to Texas where he settled his studio in the Houston area. Now painting full time in pursuit of the highest artistic levels, Juan says that art is a never-ending learning process. Memberships include, The Woodlands Art League, Lone Star Art Guild, Portrait Society of America, Oil Painters of America and, National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society

Mediums of choice
18" Wooden Knitting Needle (not metal) or something similar for measuring
