LSAG: How to Register for Convention


Registering for Convention 2017 is simple.
Decide if you are going to be entering any pre-qualified artwork or not.  ​Then choose below to see what's next. 


If you are entering artwork:

1-Go to SHOWS, then ENTER on this website.  Read over the PROSPECTUS and be sure you understand the rules.
Use of the database means you are COMPLYING with the prospectus.

2-Click on TAKE ME TO THE DATABASE on the same page.

3-Log in to the database and click REGISTRATION on the left.
All of your eligible pieces will show up.  Click on the ones you want to enter.
If a piece qualified twice, it will show up twice.  Only click on ONE of the duplicate entries.
Verify your DIVISION.
***IMPORTANT:  If you changed divisions mid-year, (if you moved up), you will be exhibiting ALL of your pieces in your NEW division.
Your division should show your LIFE EXPERIENCE with ART and NOT your newness to the area NOR your newness to your league or LSAG. 


4-List the sale prices OR enter  $0.00  if it is not for sale.  
-If pieces ARE for sale, list the sale prices in dollars and cents (e.g. $50.00).
-If pieces ARE NOT for sale, put  $0.00 in the dollar amount field.  Do NOT put 'NFS' in the blank
and do NOT leave the field blank.

5-Decide if you are ATTENDING or NOT attending and select the appropriate box.

Also if you wish to add any GUESTS, check the box AND indicate the number of guests as well.
Read the WAIVER and check the box indicating your agreement and compliance.
REVIEW your entry page & make sure your choices are accurate and complete, then click SUBMIT.
You will NOT be able to go back, so consider this as you would if placing an order.     


6-PRINT out your registration confirmation AND write a check made out to your HOME LEAGUE.
Send your registration copy and check to your HOME LEAGUE Treasurer or whomever is so designated in your league.  

Note:  Your league may accept other forms of payment.  Verify details directly with your league.
If you cannot print out your registration, add a slip of paper with
-your name, 
-number of entries, 
-whether you are 'attending'  OR  'not attending' the convention
-and total paid.
-Also indicate the number of guests if you have registered any on your confirmation.  Do NOT add new guests here. 

Please be reminded you may NOT write in any additions or make changes on your registration confirmation.  
Edits of any kind will NOT be honored.  Fees will NOT be reimbursed.

*****Your home league  has a deadline to meet, so be sure you send your fees to your Treasurer or other league designee
NO LATER THAN Tuesday, May 30th. ***** 
No Individual Member's fees will be accepted at convention.  You must go through your home league.




If you are NOT entering artwork:

1-Go to SHOWS, then ENTER on this website.  


2-Click on TAKE ME TO THE DATABASE on the same page.

3-Log in to the database and click REGISTRATION on the left.  If you do not have a login, contact your HOME LEAGUE DATABASE MANAGER or HOME LEAGUE PRESIDENT.  

Verify your DIVISION.  
IMPORTANT:  Even if you do not participate in the shows, your division should show your LIFE EXPERIENCE with ART
and NOT your newness to the area NOR your newness to your league or LSAG.

4-Select the box indicating that you are  ATTENDING.

Also if you wish to add any GUESTS, check the box AND indicate the number of guests as well.
Read the WAIVER and check the box indicating your agreement.  Even if you are not entering art, you must still read and agree to the waiver.
REVIEW your entry page & make sure your choices are accurate and complete, then click SUBMIT.  
You will NOT be able to go back, so consider this as you would if placing an order.
