CALL FOR ARTISTS:
Conroe Cajun Catfish Music and Fine Art Festival 2019 is happening October 11-13th, downtown Conroe, Texas. The festival is now in its 30th year and has over 30k people come to the weekend event. The President of Friends of Conroe, who put on the event wanted to add an extra something special. That is why we are reaching out to you to apply for this juried show. Two people can share a space, but both artists have to be juried in. If you don't have a tent and want to participate there is an opportunity. You just need to call 936.718.7009 for more information. You can print off the application at www.friendsofconroe.com under Cajun Catfish Festival/Cajun Catfish Fine Arts. The area we will be in will accommodate 52 tents. Our area is called, Cajun Fine Art Village. We have a special guest coming from Illinois, Stumpcarver, Tim Gill will be joining us and creating sculptures on site, attracting people to our area. One more very special person, Kevin Black, country singer will be signing autographs for his book, Raising a Hand for Rett Syndrome. It's going to be amazing!
