The spring 2018 Tomball Art League (TAL) Art Show held at Lone Star College-Tomball was a great success! 135 entries made it onto the show floor created by various level artists ranging from school age through professional. Twenty-eight First Place ribbons were awarded by Judge Linda Dumas out of the 135 entries! There was an appealing diversity of style among the art from paintings to pottery. Congratulations to all entries and thank you to everyone that volunteered to lend a hand!
If you are not a member of the Tomball Art League you are invited to join us! TAL is made up of beginning artists to well established professionals. This is what makes it a great diverse group - it's open to all levels of experience. Annual membership dues are only $25 for an individual! Our next meeting and artist demo will be held Saturday, April 14th at 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd floor of the Amegy Bank building at 28201 Hwy. 249, Tomball 77375 (corner of Hwy 249 at Medical Complex Drive).
