We are very excited about our upcoming show and sale at Market Street in the Woodlands! The show will be held in the old "Kate Spade" store (9595 Six Pines Dr.). It will run from March 7th-March 22nd. Please read the event details below and start getting ready for this great opportunity. You will be able to register on-line by the end of the week.
Event Details:
- Participants must be WAL members.
- Art should not exceed 18x24 including the frame. Due to limited space, anything larger than 18x24 will be juried into the show.
- Art must be appropriate to be seen by all ages. Each piece must be framed, or the sides of the canvas/board must be finished. The back should have a wire hanger and not a sawtooth picture hanger.
- Most smaller pieces will be displayed on shelves.
- All mediums are accepted including, ceramics, pottery, tiles, and photography. This show will not include jewelry.
- Each artist may display up to 3 pieces.
- Artist are required to pay a $10 entry fee for each piece and a sign-up for 3 ½ hour docent shift.
- Artists will register and pay on the www.woodlandsartleague.org by February 29th.
- Art must be dropped off at 9595 Six Pines Dr., The Woodlands on Sunday, March 1st from 2:00-5:00pm or Monday, March 2nd from 10:00-2:00pm.
- Art will be picked up from the same location on March 22nd from 12:00-5:30pm.
- WAL will receive a 20% commission from each sale.
