The Art League of Fort Bend will meet Monday, February 24, 2020, with a free demo by award winning plein air oil painter Chuck Rawle. A mini-workshop is planned, following the meeting and demo, from 12:30-4:00 p.m. Chuck will be using a limited palette of red, yellow, blue and white, and students may work from their own photos or one of his.
