During this course he will guide artists through the materials and techniques of portrait watercolor and oil painting utilizing a limited palette to directly paint portraits. Lectures and demonstrations will lead students toward an expanded palette for more advanced color mixing and will work simple to complex with the goal of capturing the subject's likeness in a realistic portrait.
