Jenny Carattini-Wright Takes the Helm of The Woodlands Arts Council as Executive Director Jenny Carattini-Wright, who has admirably served in a variety of positions with The Woodlands Arts Council since its inception, has taken the helm of the organization as its Executive Director. Most recently, she was Interim Development Director last year, and prior to that was Festival Director of The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival from 2011-2016. During her tenure as Festival Director, she led the team in ranking among the top five arts festivals in the country. The event quickly became one of the most sought-after fine arts festivals in the nation for both artists and attendees. "We are pleased to recognize the incomparable performance put forth by Jenny on behalf of our organization," said Dr. Maria Holmes, President of the Board of Directors. Young Artists Enjoy Summertime Creativity at The Woodlands Mall This enthusiastic group of 5th and 6th grade art students participated in the Summer Art Workshop, co-presented by The Woodlands Arts Council and The Woodlands Mall on July 27.
