The Art League of Baytown was organized in 1954 and incorporated as a Texas non-profit corporation in 1963.  But in 2008 the Art League obtained a permanent home with the help of the City of Baytown and many others.  It is the Art Center of Baytown on historic Texas Avenue.  The Art Center is a gallery for members to display/sell their art work, along with areas dedicated to teaching classes.  The Art Center holds classes and workshops taught by members and guest instructors; hosts local, national, and international art exhibitions and competitions; offers a summer youth art camp; a Christmas Gift Gallery; and much more.  Come visit the Art League of Baytown to celebrate with us!
