Attention League Leadership:
This is a reminder that when you have an LSAG qualifying show, you are obligated to make fellow LSAG members aware of it. That is how it is "open"...it is open to fellow LSAG members. There are 2 ways to do that:
-Advertise your show in the LSAG newsletter by sending your post to lsagannouncements@gmail.com
What is needed? Review 'How to Post' on the website under Newsletter. Send your announcement including a contact person to the ANNOUNCEMENT email above by the newsletter deadline--midnight on the last Sunday of the month. Invitation style announcements simply typed in an email are best.
and
-Send your show listing to the show calendar on the LSAG website to
lsagconnect@gmail.com .
What is needed? Send your league, the date of the show, & judge to the CONNECT email address above.
Please remember that a minimum of one LSAG qualifying show each year is required for a league to maintain its membership in LSAG. These shows are subject to LSAG rules and are the only shows that can be listed in the LSAG database.
Additionally, your league Show Chairs or Database Managers are responsible for adding the show to the database listing.
If you are a NEW Show Chair or Database Manager, please contact 2nd VP of Shows/ Database Stephanie Clark & ask to be added as a Show Chair or DM. You will receive a unique password which is not the same account as the one you have as an artist. She will also be able to answer your questions on how to use the database to your advantage when conducting your show.
