WHAT & WHEN?
League Leadership Updates, as outlined below, will be taken during the month of June. If your league had elections in the spring or otherwise had a change since the last updates in February, please send in your information as it relates to the list below. Information on changes should come from the president of your league or another league leader.
INFO NEEDED?
Please note that you should ONLY send the name, email, & phone number of the following officers:
-President
-Treasurer
-Show Chair(s)
-Publicity Chair
-Database Manager
-LSAG Representatives (2 names & contact information for each OTHER THAN the President of your league)
Also check your meeting day of the week, time, months of meeting, & location for meetings which is underneath the league leadership.
We invite all members of LSAG to visit the Connect to Local Leagues page on our website to check the information for their league. Contact your local League President if you feel there is a discrepancy & ask him/her to contact us with changes.
HOW & WHERE TO SEND IT?
Send the above updates in the BODY of an email (no attachments or documents) to lsagconnect@gmail.com by June 30th, midnight.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
All updates received between June 1-30 will be acknowledged the first week of July & no later than July 7th. If you sent an update & do not receive an 'update confirmation' by July 7th, please contact us at the same email address. It is possible we did not receive it. If you send your email elsewhere it may not be received on time or at all.
All updates sent during this time will be made by July 14th, midnight. Please check the website after this date to verify.

-other officers/ chairs: We will not include them.
-anything in a pdf or other attachment: We will not be able to use it.
