& January due to the holidays. Note also when the newsletter
will NOT be published during these months. Get your announcements in
early to be sure you are reaching the greater guild with news of your
events. See dates & deadlines below.
Also
realize we will have very limited "office hours" during these same
dates. If you send an email or question at this time, there will be the same delay in it
getting answered.
November Newsletters:
Tuesdays, Nov. 3, 10, & 17
NO Newsletter on Nov. 24
Thanksgiving:
-The Nov. 17 newsletter is the last one before Thanksgiving.
-Announcements must be received by Sunday, Nov. 15 midnight to be included in the newsletter on the 17th.
-There will be NO NEWSLETTER the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, Nov. 24.
-Weeks
when there is no newsletter, you will receive a blank email. You may
view it as a reminder that the blog is always available.
-Announcements
sent between Nov. 16 and Nov. 29 will be in the next newsletter on Dec.
1 provided they have not expired or passed.
December Newsletters:
Tuesdays, Dec. 1, 8, & 15
NO Newsletter on Dec. 22 & 29
Christmas & New Years:
-The Dec. 15 newsletter is the last one before Christmas & New Years holidays.
-Announcements must be received by Sunday, Dec. 13 midnight to be included in the newsletter on the 15th.
-You will receive a blank email each time. You may view it as a reminder that the blog is always available.
January Newsletters:
-Regular
newsletters resume weekly; deadlines are always Sunday midnight. No
dates in January will be part of this year's holiday schedule.
-The first newsletter of the new year is on Jan. 5.
-Any
post received between Dec. 14, 2015 and Jan. 3, 2016 will be in the
newsletter on the 5th provided they have not expired or passed.
