Calling all LSAG Presidents & Representatives
& all interested LSAG Members:
The fall LSAG Open Meeting will be held on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 10:45 AM hosted by Houston Art Society at the Memorial Church of Christ Family Center at 900 Echo Lane, Houston 77024 conveniently located off of I-10 in nearly the literal center of our guild's radius of the city of Houston.
This is the last weeks to ask a question or bring up a topic for the meeting: To better serve LSAG members, you may submit any LSAG related question in advance of the meeting during the month of October by submitting it to lsagconnect@gmail.com
Our business meetings are always very full, & it is imperative we be considerate of everyone's time in an effort to not have the meeting run too long while still communicating all that is needed to be during this time together. Committees will be set up to address discussion topics. We follow parliamentary procedure. This is a business meeting & opportunity to dispense information.
In addition, we will be fielding other areas where people need more information or questions answered with a questionnaire that will be available through your art league presidents. Each league gets a set number of replies so all leagues have a equal opportunity at being represented in the survey. If we fill our capacity of responses, we may open this for further replies. Nevertheless, you may ask any question you would like answered to the above email address. Presidents, please try to respond promptly so your replies can be included.
This is in coordination with the HAS Fall Open Show should anyone attending the meeting also wish to participate in the show. Early registration closes on Nov. 9 & is online only; walk ins the day of the event are welcome for an additional fee. Take in closes at 10:30. Exhibit continues until 4 PM.
