Special Note on Diptychs & Triptychs: Diptychs & Triptychs that are entered in the database MUST be entered as ONE piece only. List the name of the piece, the complete size including ALL pieces together as one unit. Put in parentheses the word diptych or triptych behind the title. Those entering are subject to the prospectus of the member club & their payment schedule regarding these special pieces. It is the prerogative of the club if they charge a fee per piece for hanging.
-It MUST be listed as ONE piece, & ONE piece ONLY in the database.
-It MUST have diptych or triptych after the title identifying it as such.
-It is subject to the fees set forth by that member league on their prospectus.
