LSAG needs your info. If you have not sent your information to us about the following officers (or those who perform these specific duties), then we cannot contact the right people for each area. If you have not already done so, please take the time to let us know who does what & how to reach them. An update will be posted next week on the main page & in the newsletter. Please get your info in by the coming SATURDAY, July 25, midnight.
What we need
Names, email, & a phone number for each of the following:
-president
-show chair for your LSAG sanctioned show(s)
-treasurer
-publicity chair (the person who takes care of advertising your events)
-database chair (the person who manages your league's show data for LSAG shows)
You may not have these specific chairs, but we need the contact info for the person who does these jobs.
When your elections occur, & there is a change in leadership, we need an update within a month so we can stay in touch.
If you know it, please send your LSAG sanctioned show dates for fall &/or spring with the location (name of the place & address).
Note:
-It is not necessary to send us other board positions unless you'd like them listed.
-The only dates we need is of your LSAG shows. Your website will be listed for those interested. If you do not have a website, we can help you set one up. If you would like to work as a webmaster for LSAG, please contact lsagannouncements@gmail.com.
